Health-, security - and environmental work is prioritized in Ølen Betong, and we have the following clear aim:

Our main goal is 0 injuries
All employees carry responsibility for their actions and have a duty to do what is necessary to prevent injury to themselves, others, equipment and products.
Ølen Betong has an internal control system which is made as a preventive measure against accidents/injuries, and to make Ølen Betong a good and safe place to work.
This is to be executed by planning and prioritising health, safety and environment along the same lines as production, technology and economy, and that risk- and Safe Job analyses are carried out.
HSE shall be a part of managers reporting responsibilities. The result of the effort shall result in Ølen Betong being a leader when it comes to safety.
As a vital part of the work of reaching the quality and HSE goals, Ølen Betong emphasises proper training and information, and thorough analysis of issues. This is to prevent repeating causes, create motivation and pride of work and in the end that all individuals in the organisation raise the demand for quality in all their work.
To achieve this we must work together and have a joint responsibility to make the regular working day as safe as possible, for ourselves and colleagues inside and outside of the organisation.

HSE-organisation
To make sure Health, Safety and Environment always is a focused area and is properly handled according to company and public regulations, it has special place in organisation and systems. HSE is part of the QA-system and there is made a specific HSE-booklet with regulations and routes for the total HSE-work of the company.
A vital point of this is regular HSE-inspections on the various work places of Ølen Betong.
